Domains
A domain is the legal area a case falls into. The assistant proposes one during intake; staff can correct it on the case. There are eight possible values.

Other values
| Value | Meaning |
|---|---|
excluded | A matter Parity cannot assist with (criminal, family, social housing, immigration, mental capacity / Court of Protection, judicial review, or anything outside England & Wales). The client is politely redirected. |
unknown | The domain has not yet been determined. |
